Russ, Them Chuckar are a little difficult to hit as I remember. Kinda go one way then another....Your good looking young dog probly points em out to ya alright but then you gotta do your job...

G.W. Dogs are sometimes immune to rattle snake bite, guess yours didn't get the news.I bet your dog wasn't drunk when he got bit. I got bit by a six and a half footer...had 13 rattles, bill was over 50 thousand...And it ruined my day! Jerry Burney

Jerry
Chuckers are a chalange. But when you get 4-6 birds. Breast them out, stuff with cream cheese and chive's wraped with a strip of good bacon. And then cook them in a Dutch oven for about 2.5 hours. Served with a bottle BV Merlot and good frends.

It makes thE chalange well worth it.

Jerry, I know it was a trying experience. I don't wish that on anyone. I prey that none of us go through your trial. God Bless. Is that what put you out a couple of months ago? I must not of been paying attention. Darn! That was rough!.

Hi Pete! I can certainly see that those animals are in a very hightened state of awareness!!! Definitely neat critters... I miss all of our cats! (And No John D!! I didn't run over them!!) They went prowling on the highway at night!! A death sentence for any cat!! We had one orange cat named "Punkin" that would come in the basement window at night, and then turn around a close the window...gotta love an animal like that!! Pets are priceless... best to all! til...lat'r...GT
