How and where do I find the photos I have downloaded? Can't remember what I have in the file.

you have to copy and paste as you make them. Otherwise, you can upload another one, and if you remember your photo names, i.e. dsc0345.jpg, then you can paste the 2nd "url/link" and change the next one to dsc0346.jpg, etc.
If you can't remember, then you have to upload again... Ed

yes, make them smaller. You ahve to have a program that allows you to resize. I am at work right now and the program on the computer stinks. You really need to have a specific program that allows you to resize and crop (take out all the crap you accidently included, toes, toolchests in the background, etc.)
MOST basic programs that come with your computer are just sucky. Buy adobe, or buy Paint Shop Pro or the like. I have also posted a free resize program on here from microsoft, it will work with XP and younger, will not work with the New Vista. You can also "email" the pictures to your self and then save the files to another folder. When you email and it asks 'DO YOU WANT TO RESIZE' say YES, pick the medium size. All of these take extra steps, but you guys can do it, it jsut takes extra steps, jsut like reloading, doing your taxes etc....

Windows Image Resize
The windows version is an add on called a "power toy" from Microsoft.
They are all here: Windows Power Toys Here is the direct link to the Image resizer: ReSizer And some helpful instructions here: Photos One of the disadvantages of the free one is your choices to resize are only "small, medium, and large". You have to play with them based on the size of your file to start with, and the file size you want to end up with. Not as feature rich as the other programs that Ed has suggested. Enjoy, Fritz. |
