Default .30 cal Luger magazine

I need one and am told that a 9mm mag will work. Have tried two and they do not work. Is this info correct??

This info is correct.

What kinds of problems do you have and what kind of lugermags have you used?

The 9 mm and the 7.54 (30 Luger) use the same magazine.

However, in one of my Lugers ONE magazine does not work well and another magazine (in the same gun), does not stay in place.

So, there is a slight variation in different magazines.

The round will not feed into the chamber of the .30 caliber, however will work fine in my 9mm. I have two clips for my 9mm and will try them both tomorrow to see if either of them will function in the .30.

Thanks for the info.

Rob, If the other 9mm mags don't work in your 7.65mm, the problem is with your pistol or ammo, not the mags.
