Chamber marking
There is what appears to be a 1920-30 commercial luger parts combo on e-bay (#2217924126) with an interesting chamber marking. The script resembles that like on the "GNR" Mauser contract but the barrel is 4" and the toggle is marked DWM. Any ideas?

The chamber is marked DWM and is from a 1908 Bulgarian. The toggle does not go with the receiver, it is a mismatch.
