Default radom question

I am looking at a radom pistol, it is in nice shape but do not know what all should match as far as numbers go. your opinions appreciated.

Kunta,

Welcome to the Forum. Interesting question for a first post. More pictures would help identify your Radom, but it looks pretty nice. Most and especially late war Radoms I see are kind of ratty. You should post your question to Jan's Gunboard where you will have a broader audience.

The serial number on the slide and barrel (as shown in your pistol) are not original. Those numbers, I think, were added by the East Germans after the war. In any event they are not original.


The slide and barrel were numbered by the WWII Germans but the numbers are on the inside of the slide and on the barrel lug.

Also, I think that it is import marked on the bottom of the trigger guard. Could be wrong as it is difficult to tell from the pictures.


To me, it would not be worth $399 but to others it could be.
