I do know they came out in two versions, first version reads like a fold out in a mens magazine, i.e. you hold the book sideways. Folks evidently complained about that and the next edition was "normal" left to right reading. I also assume someone from the forum bought it, as I posted and 15 minutes later it was bought. Ed
