Selling my Luger. Do I have my info correct?
I'm selling my Luger on gunbroker and would like to give the buyer as much accurate information as possible. I put some history that members on this board gave me in the auction description. If anyone would like to add any information or correct me, here is the link to the auction:
http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/Vie...?Item=78678524 You can buy it too if you like. =) |

Sir,
Your remarks are inaccurate. The pistol was sold to gentleman when I had the auction on gunboards. At that point, I informed everyone the gun was sold. However, that buyer informed me later on that he had incurred a large dentist bill, and backed out of the deal. At that point I decided to relist on gunbroker instead of contacting a new buyer by e-mail. This is the truth, and if you want the e-mail of the original buyer, I can give that to you, and will verify any details you like. -Jay |

It was not a auction on that board it was for sale, big difference.
I'm surprised you never ask the other folks who wanted to buy it if they were still interested. That in itself shows me something else . Rick B |

By the way this is not the for sale board. The sales pitch belongs below. Rick B

Rick, My Luger was on auction on gunbroker before I put up the add on gunboards. When the first person responded to the gunboards add I closed the auction early. When that deal fell through, I decided I was wrong to cancel the auction, so I relisted it. I feel that's completely fair. If you want evidance, here's the original auction I ended early: http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/Vie...?Item=78099563 |
