Hi, I need a serial numbers list of the Belgium HiPower pistol, any help will be appreciated, regarding from were I can get it or any book that contains this list.

There are no explicit lists, but:
Try Axis pistols by Jan Still, or Browning Hi-Powers by Blake Stevens. From the foregoing, you can construct a list.

For reference, Still's book does well on the German ones, though the beginning and endiing serial numbers (of the ranges) may vary. He also mentions some of the pre-war.
The pre-war is sort of simple. There is one basic serial number range but there are some separate serial number ranges for some of the contracts. Other contracts came out of regular production.
