Pictures
I dunno how ya do it. I set my camera on econ, trim the pics as much as possible, but to get them to 800 X 800, with <146K, I get something about the size of a postage stamp.

Try this... this is what I do.
Take a regular high quality photo image in Jpeg format. Open it in Microsoft Office Picture Manager. Click on the "edit pictures" button A menu will appear on the right side of the window. Click on Resize and then click on "percentage of original width and height" Try 75%, then say OK and then save the image. Check the location where image is stored and check the properties of the image by a right click of the mouse... rinse and repeat until the file size is acceptable... Good luck and let me know how it works out.
