Default Help I.D this Holster

Good evening, Fellas.
I was recently given this old holster and was wondering what I had. (junk?) These were the best I could do for some quick photos, hopefully they are good enough for you to evaluate.
I would like to know what co manufactured it, when it was made, and what would be a decent value to place on it if I decide to let it go with my DWM pistol I am going to put up for sale at a local gunshow.

Derek,

It's a 1941 production P.38 holster. If the only thing that is wrong with it is the broken strap, send it to Jerry Burney. Once it's fixed it could be worth $150-$175+.

Ron

Ron, It's a 1941 production P.38 holster. Uh...Did you mean P-08?
It's a holster I would pay $100 for. Like Ron says..worth a bit more with the repaired strap. That's conditional-The inside has to be unmolested and have the tool pouch.

Jerry,

It's obviously a Luger holster. I was talking to another collector about his P.38 just prior to posting. My train of thought was still over there.

Ron, I knew it was either that or a typo! I get distracted every once in awhile too!

Kind of a rough top but the body looks OK.
