1918 Luger with Capture paperwork
Morning all, I bought this Luger a few years back off a friend of a friend. He got in touch with me a few days ago, saying he found some paperwork on the Luger I bought from him. Without a second thought I went over to pick it up. The paper has been folded a bunch, but it's still a pretty cool piece of history. The Luger itself is a DWM with all matching stampings throughout. Here are some pictures. She's been around the block a few times, but I'd like to see some of us look this good after going through possibly two world wars. It also came with a WWII numbered aluminum bottom mag. Any comments or input on the history of the piece is welcome

That was a nice find!
Also it was a great gesture of the seller to contact you to get the papers. Congratulations! Douglas. Last edited by Douglas Jr.; 02-25-2012 at 01:08 PM. Reason: mispelling |
