Default Current Values on 3 Navy Lugers

Gentlemen, I've been a lurker since 2008, but a Luger collector since 1970. I own three Navy Lugers, a 1906 1st Issue - Altered, a 1908, and a Model 1914 dated 1917. The 1917 is in pristine condition while the 06 and 08 are in 95%+/- condition. I am thining of reducing my collection so my wife will not have to deal with the problem. I have NOT subscribed to any Luger sales lists for quite a long time.

Can anyone offer a range on these Navy Lugers.

Tom Campbell - Birmingham, AL

I know it's off topic but I also need guidance on all 5 of the artilleries and both versions of the snail drum mag and one dust cover. Thanks in advance

Hi Tom, welcome. You will need to post good, clear photos, preferably in natural light along with a description of each item and I have no doubt you will get all the help you are looking for from the forum members, good luck to you.

Tom, I am sure I can help you on either Navy or Artillery pistols and any accoutrements you may have.

As Lon indicates... to get any kind of accurate value estimate.. photo's are good.

Hi Tom, I would like to include your three Navy Lugers into the Navy List, which lists all known surviving guns. I'd need the serial numbers and unit marks, if any. If you would like to see the list, email me at : [email protected], and I'll send you a link.
As the others have said, we need photos of your guns, any value estimates without them would be meaningless. Regards, Norm

I will attempt to add photos of my 1906 Navy - 1st Issue, Altered. Seems like every forum I'm a member of has a different format for displaying photos, but here we go. I would appreciate your comments. Tom Campbell

The Simpson prices are 25-30% higher to accomodate their overhead.

Bob, the LP-08's are one from each date 14, 15, 16, 17, & 18. The 14 is an Erfurt in about 75% the others are DWM in a good solid 95% +/-. The drums are three of the second version and one of the first edition, also in 95%+/-. Tom

Thanks for the lead to Simpson. I hate to show my age, but is Ralph Shattuck still in the business? He got a lot of my money, once upon a time. Tom
