Are the riveted belt loops correct or a later repair?

The magazines are scarce and an outstanding buy! The pouch is more of an added attraction rather than the main event.

No , the loops are original , not a repair, and you can see the leather is lined internally , not common on portuguese pouch , perhaps for an army officer
