Default Swiss 29 without production date

Most of the Swiss 06/29 models have the production year stamped in the well beneath the takedown lever. Last year I bought one without any year date whatsoever. Thought I'd do some scans of the gun and the interior.

Gerben

If I'm not wrong your 1906/29 W+F # 59344 should have been produced in 1940
By the way nice gun.

Rgds

Yes Sergio, you’re right.
They produced 2’540 pieces of the Parabellum 06/29 between #57’681 and #60’100 in 1940.

I have just bought a Swiss 06/29, serial number 56603, so I guess that must have been produced in 1939?

Stay safe

Yes you're right in 1939, among the 1900 made that year.
