Take a shot at me
OK, gentlemen,
I am ignorant, and this is time that you can set me straight and have a little fun at my expense. How is this 1906 a 1900? http://www.gunbroker.com/auction/Vie...p?Item=6017088 [quote] DWM 1906 Luger, Model 1900, 7.65mm with all matching numbers. Serial Number 1185. First edition (replacing the leaf recoil spring) with the coil spring and eliminated the toggle lock. Manufactured by DWM. 4 or 4.75 inch barrel. Overall length is about 8 1/8", not including the grip. Excellent condition. Has not been reblued.

Wes,
First off, it is not even a Model 1906. It is a post WWI commercial manufactured in the 1921/22 time frame according to Still. |

How do these guys come up with this stuff? You have to wonder if the seller really believes this nonsense, or if he assumes the rest of the world is brain dead.

Hey Ron,
The two most common elements in the universe are hydrogen and ignorance...thats how. Has anyone offered to set the gentleman straight? Tom A. |
