Since this can of worms was opened, did I ever tell you about my beautiful artillery Luger with a bulged barrel. It came to me with not 1, not 2, but 3 9mm bullets stacked up in the barrel. I got them out and shot it. Works fine.

WOW! Its working on nine years since I started this post. And this is what I can offer up so far.
GT has the pistol and according to his updates is winning the "Battle of the barrel Bulge" I should be able to keep this numbers matching pistol just that NUMBERS MATCHING. I was never able to get the grips off to see if they were numbered, But GT could. He sent them bak to me and low and behold NUmbers matching grips!! They quickly were sent off to Hugh and it amazes me what he can do with a tired old set of grips. With a little more time I will have the pistol back from GT and then off to Thor (provided he is still taking work) May not make sense to many to put the money into the gun, But to me having a pretty numbers matching shooter 1900 will be well worth the time and money. Anyway here are the grips Hugh you can compare to the original condition to see what an artist he is. W |

Come on Wayne, I know "you can fool some of the people some of the time"; but those are not the same grips!
Nice job, Hugh.
