Dreyse 1907 data collection and data sheet
Hi Guys,
If you would like to participate in gathering additional info on the Dreyse 1907. My intention is to write a monograph or short book/pamphlet on this interesting pistol. Ed Buffaloe has done a great service and made a good start, but I find the various "types" more than a little confusing and think they could be improved. Deutschland on the other forum has made a good start on collecting serial numbers and data also. I have thought to start the process with development of a data sheet with the main construction differences and changes over the model life. I have a draft data sheet I would like to send to folks who will participate for critique and suggestions for improvement. If any of you are interested in the Dreyse and helping me with this, please respond by PM and include your email address. Thanks for the time, and I hope some of you will participate. Best regards, Don Voigt

"Pistols Of The World" has 4+ pages on the Rheinmetall Dreyse pistols; do you have that book??? If not, I could scan it for you.
"German Handgus" also has seven pages on Dreyse.
