Default Any help with .22 Luger conversion kit marking

I’ve recently acquired this conversion kit. And I am curious what the marking signifies?

Military acceptance marking, meaning it was delivered to and
accepted by the army.

What are these kits worth? My kit is missing the long wooden handled tool in the post. Any idea where one could be found to complete the kit?

$1000 or so.
Chances of finding a loose cleaning rod- close to zero; same for the jag and brush.
Picture below shows a punch or screwdriver where the brush should be.
