U-boat related WW1 Imperial Navy chart on ebay

A seller in Britain has just listed this WW1 Imperial German sea chart for sale on ebay.

I can't verify the story but I have been in contact with the seller and have seen the pics of the half-chart in his private collection. It is truly impressive! It does appear to show the same course hand-plotted on it. I believe both of these charts are real and extremely interesting but I am far from an expert. It has been difficult to find anything to compare it to.

Any opinions from more knowledgeable members would be much appreciated. I have attached several pics of the half-chart from his collection for your enjoyment/comparison purposes. This half-chart IS NOT FOR SALE AT ANY PRICE so don't bother asking. I already tried...

In addition to the sea chart, he also has many original maps and documents from both world wars for sale, more than a few are German.
