Hello All,
Thank you for adding me to the group. I have a 1936 S/42, that my father gave me before he passed away this month. This pistol like others, is a bring back from the war and given to my grandfather. It has been passed down to me now, and my sons when I leave this earth. It is one of my most prized possessions, as my dad loved this pistol and finally let me shoot it last year. All numbers match, except the magazine, which is common. I do not have the original holster or take down tool, but I will try to get one in the future. Please enjoy looking at my Luger. The grips are lighter than the picture shows, an done is marked with a Z, If you have any information or questions I will do my best to answer. Thanks again, and have a great day. That is a lovely example and something to cherish. Enjoy it now and pass it on with honor as it has been passed to you.

Very nice Luger to inherit and keep in the family !
Now you can hunt for a tool and holster for it. Nice pictures. You should find a full serial number of the front with the suffix. Welcome aboard |
