Very interesting, but a "5" digit would be a commercial and Erfurt didn't make commercials. Those numbers look iffy towards the end don't they?

I concur that the numbers on this gun have been altered in my opinion. I wouldn't touch it.

I wonder if the E/6 mark might have been added to this gun (by waffenfabrik USA) to help explain the addition of extra numbers to the frames??? I Still wouldn't touch it.
