Default 90 days ago, I did not own a single

9MM handgun, but look at me now! I have another Nazi 640(b) FN Hi Power on the way. It will be here tomorrow. Besides it's Christmas, what the heck!

There is nothing more dangerous than a sailor with money in his blues and a Liberty Card, Arrrrrg..

John, at the rate you are going there won't be any left for the rest of us. I'm sorry, that is an exaggeration. At the rate you are going, with your eye, there won't be any GOOD ones left for us. Glen

John, you need to take the Luger out of that picture--it makes the rest of the pistols look 'kinda plain! Nice collection.

John, I had heard the expression "spends like a drunken sailor" before, but had no idea of the reality, until the Enterprise visited Sidney, Aust. for 4 days, after being at sea for over 30 day. TH

I tend to use the word "investments" around my bride, alas we have been married to long, so she just smiles and shakes her head...

Very nice colection of Hi-Powers there. But are those M-1 inblock clips I see in the background? Seems that nice looking pistols are not your only vice! How about a pic of that rifle sometime for us lovers of : One of the Greatest Battle rifles ever built!!!

Looks like a nice 1906 Navy Luger with unit markings on the backstrap. Want to share more info/pictures?

If you will go to the Navy Luger Forum, you will find a couple of threads on the P.04 with photos.

Go to "OK guys, what do I have"

Norm, I have made friends with all the local pawn shops, gun dealers, etc. A local dealer called me and told me that they had just taken in a collection on consignment. I zipped out and the photo below are the guns, plus a 1950's Colt .22 Conversion Unit NIB!

I only wanted the Colt, which is a 1941 M1911A1 pre-war Parkerized. I bought the whole collection for $2,800.00. I posted photos of the Colt on one of the .45 forums, and got an e-mail from a gent that offered to trade me a nice Union Switch & Signal for the Colt.

So he shipped me the US&S and I shipped him the Colt. A friend of mine took one look at the US&S and offered me $3.500.00 for it. So I wound up with the two Lugers, the Nazi HP and the .22 Unit for FREE and $700.00 to boot.

The moral of this story is have lots of friends!!!!!

John,
I gotta keep away from you when I start selling/trading. Your better than I am. I'd probably walk away without my socks. I haven't noticed any mention from you about the P-08. Whats the description on it?

Big Norm, if you will go to the P.08 Military Forum, look at the thread "Here is the other Luger, etc....." There are lots of photos of it..
