The "julia" auction lists also a 1902 luger carbine, a stocked 1920 Navy (?), luger snail drums with reloading tool and other lugers. Look between Lots 1105 and 1117. I can't speak for the quality of any of these items and have no personal interest.

The Navy doesn't appear to be close to all matching, shame would have worked for me. Anyone ever bid on an auction like this ? They just take all the internet bids and the top one starts the live/phone/ bidding?

Hi Mark,
I did bid on their last outing...they called me twice on the day of bidding...letting me know when my high bid was no longer the highest received by in-person and other phone bids. I opted to bid a bit more during the first call but declined to do so during their 2nd. call. Seemed like they were willng to give Internet bidders a chance to stay in the game... Regards, Pete... |
