Marc, the magazine is for a 1937 Luger. It's in nice shape!!

Frank, Thanks for that observation too.

I checked "The Mauser Parabellum" chapter on magazines, and now realize what a subtle difference there is in the E/63 between the 1937 and 1939 magazines.

The Luger displays the later E/63, so I have an actual reference.
