WAUSER! That looks like one of the C-96's that came out of SE Asia about 8 years ago. No bore poor metal really doggy. The seller Miss T does not seem to be really knowledgeable. I bought a cheapie Navy from her a few years back, when I got it it was really messed up! So bad that I sent it back and got a refund including my shipping costs. I don't think she tries to rip people off, rather just does not know any better.
