Default G.T. Checking in! :)

Hi to all! Just a short note to let all of my ol'forum buddies know that i'm still alive, and kick'en!!.... I've been going hard at our new business venture for almost 6 months now, and it seems to be slowly getting on it's feet... we have a long way to go, as we are not yet streamlined, and need a bit more help...but all is well, as far as I can see.... I am averaging 80 hours a week on site, with another 6 to eight hours travel time a week back and forth... pretty hard on an young/old fart like me... So, it doesn't leave much time to pursue my first love, Luger and P.38 projects!! I am putting a few hours in each week on projects that are as of yet unfinished... So for those of you that have items or work on order, I'm trying, and will get them to you as soon as I can... it's not really a time issue even now, it's more of an ability to concentrate at the level that is necessary for the type of work that I try to do for my customers.... As always, the only result that is satisfactory to me, is my best effort!
I look in from time to time, and certainly do miss the interaction on the forum, but as stated earlier, I'm alive and well and wish the best to all on this wonderfull site! Til....lat'r.....GT BTW, I did enjoy a nice, but brief, visit from one of my favorites, Mr. Ron Wood, just had enough time for a short tour and it was back to the grindstone.. but we did toss around some pretty interesting ideas, time will tell.... again, Best to all....GT

Gerry, good to see you posting again and I'm glad to hear that the new venture is working out. Best wishes for some time off.

Hmmm..?????

I got one from last week??? You left a message saying nevermind your previous message I never got?

I figured since I didn't get your first message, and your second said to forget your first - I wasn't certain what I could add??

I would'a called you back - but I wasn't sure what we should be talking about - 'cept to discuss what you said I shouldn't worry about or reply to??

Heh!!!

I'll call next week if you have time, and you don't want to hear about a navy or a rem rand...

Hey Paul..!!

And you too??!!! I mentioned that I have a few Krieghoffs and a Remington Rand - and all of a sudden I got "adoption papers" with Ed's name on them??? I had to call the court and tell them my potential "adopted son, Ed Tinker" was about my own age, so it would be logistically impossible...

As for my jobs - I really enjoy all three, so I don't really consider them "work", if you know what I mean??? Just get precious little time on line posting and harassing Ed..

Best to you, Paul - and watch out for that Tinker guy...
