Las Vegas Gun Show...
Looks like the show moved out of Mandalay Bay and back to the Riviera...

Hey Pete,
You are correct the Las Vegas Antique Arms Show has moved back to the Riviera Hotel & Casino. In my opinion a very good decision! It is just a better venue and the access and ease of getting into the show is much better. I was there for the latest show last month and though this late spring show is not the big one like the winter show it is still a show worth visiting if you live here or happen to be in town. The best one is the Big Winter show in January or February and usually well worth visiting. This recent show I was able to acquire a very nice Finnish SA marked 9MM Luger. I posted some pictures over on the Jan Still site. I never fail to find something worth adding to the collection at these shows but then again I am NOT just a Luger collector. Anyway, if anyone on this forum would like to attend this show especially the winter show let me know and maybe we can plan something and get together. Best, Lloyd in Vegas |

Pete,
All the shows but the winter show in Jan/Feb of each year is just a small show and probably not worth going out of your way to see. The winter show is the biggest and may be worth just making a trip to visit. This last show at the Riviera was probably as I mentioned 200-300 tables and mostly antique type firearms. Not to many Lugers and all together not to many WWI and WWII military type pistols/revolvers. If you decide to visit next Jan/Feb for the winter show be sure and let me know so we can meet up. Best, Lloyd in Vegas |
