Default Numbering system mismatch

In the â??technical informationâ?, â??parts list and disassemblyâ? page, the numbering system on the parts list does not match the numbering system on the disassembly illustration. Is there any way we can get these to match? If nothing else it would make things easier for us Luger newbies.

not easily, they are taken from two different manuals.

Now, if someone blows them way up and manually marks over and then changes them, I am sure that John would post the updated chart...

I will give it a first attempt tonight. As a Luger newbie it will be interesting to see what I come up with.

I decided that it was easier to change the parts list to match the illustration since the parts list included small parts that are not illustrated, such as a magazine breakdown, and disconnecter parts. When I find time, I will attempt to add these sub assemblies to the illustration.

Here is the current list:

Front sight
Barrel
Extractor
Forward link of toggle joint
Extractor spring
Rear link of toggle joint
Connecting pin between forward and rear link
Coupling link for recoil spring pin
Coupling link for recoil spring
Breechblock
Extractor pin or rivet
Connecting pin between breechblock and forward link
Firing pin
Firing pin spring
Breechblock end piece
Ejector
Receiver or barrel extension
Trigger bar or sear
Trigger bar or sear spring
Connecting pin between rear link and receiver
Magazine holder catch
Breechblock catch link or holdopen
Recoil spring lever
Frame
Locking bolt
Trigger
Trigger spring
Magazine holder catch spring
Safety catch or thumb safety lever pin
Recoil spring lever pin
Safety sear
Safety catch or thumb safety lever
Recoil spring
Recoil spring lever bar
right grip
grip screw right
left grip
grip screw left
Trigger plate, trigger cover plate or side plate
Magazine
Trigger lever pin
Trigger lever

I did increased the resolution of the exploded view, increased the size by 30%, then changed the contrast to sharpen the image so that it looks better at the size presented on the site.
Here is the image.
