people amaze me. Although I am always amazed at how many folks know nothing about guns. I have been around army guys, police, reenactors, and so many folks just have a gun because it is part of the "job" and don't understand them, nor do they care...
of course, what would we laugh at on you tube if folks didn't fall out of their moving cars or crash into fire hydrants... Ed |

I have watched shooting programs on TV where the camera is in front of the muzzle. They may have used a tripod (I hope), but any non informed person may consider this a safe practice if they witness it on a professional TV series. More bad information from the media. They need a "don't try this at home" message, not that it would ever deter the morons.

I have a Ruger .45 caliber â??New Armyâ? cap and ball revolver similar to the piece this idiot is shooting.
Even at ten to fifteen feet I would definitely not want to be the other idiot on the receiving end when a gob of bore butter/Crisco and a Wonder Wad propelled by 20-30+ grains of black powder came flying my way. Even in Hollywood where special effects people are supposed to know what theyâ??re doing, someoneâ??s always getting hurtâ?¦ Both of these guys have &$!!@* for brainsâ?¦ If you want to see something even MORE STUPID, check out this video.... http://www.breaktaker.com/displayimage.php?pos=-2004 Dave in TN. |

I did a search on gun videos in YouTube the other day..
It would seem like the most important thing is making lots of holes in the air, not actually hitting the target. The gun safety is often _very_ queationable. Bum-fire with pistols, full auto without proper background and kids with obvious lack of experience. I just pray for no one to get hurt trying silly videos, and are glad to be out of range for their bullets

"two Morons one with the gun and the other with camera" - Sounds like the media in Iraq with an Insurgent!
