I always pronounced it that way, but had no idea if I was correct or not. I vaguely recall someone telling me it was pronounced "ortjeese" and was therefore doubly uncertain.

Tac (notice the koreect spellin) is sometimes thin skinned, which is odd as I have heard in life he has callusses and works like a real man. His background is impressive and being "old" he lets the written word upset him.
(living in Japan for some many months must have made him easily upset for jocular suggestions) Now did that make sense? Ed

I have the feeling Tac is centurys old like the Highlander,I might be wrong but it would take awhile to accrue the knowledge he has.

Irish...
Hey Tac, When I first moved to Phoenix I managed a Mobil Service station, and I had an older Irish gentleman work as a greeter and a friendly serve... (He was much friendlier with the ladies I observed! ) We always joked back and forth, and two things he would say to me I'll alway remember were, " Have ya no home to go to!" and " The things you see when you don't have a gun!" His favorite joke was, " Did you hear the one about the Scottsman who bought a round for the bar??" To which you would reply no..And he would say, "You never will either!" Fun guy.... Best to all, til...lat'r...GT

This sounds like a new Superhero for the Action Comics: the Irish Highlander (lowlander) in Japan battling the "Yacota" (misspelled) with collector's pistols and fluent in many languages. Why it's Bond, ---- Tac Bond. TH

Being of Irish extraction on my Dad's side, and Scotch - Welsh on my Mom's. I understand the sensitivity to a perceived afront. It's a proclivity that accompanies the breed.
My Dad once told me that being Irish means, "Laugh out loud when you are happy, cry quietly when you are sad, and always fight like you are cornered." Ron
