Are we sure the seller here is not really TAC Foley. It not only sounds like his responses but the holster sounds like one of the rare and exoctic pieces Terry searhes out.

The seller has a great sense of the absurd, quite a prankster. I especially like the part about the buck-toothed frenchman that he had trouble understanding. If you look at his sales history he knows his holsters.

My kind of seller. I wish I had thought of doing that.

The seller's response to my e-mail.

Thanks, it does not matter if it is sold. We were just having some fun for April Fools day. You might be surprised at how many people don't get it, a lot of those messages can't be posted.

Sounds like the silly stories people tell me to build up to how much they think their gun is worth.
Lately I've started getting very rude (nearly dying will do that for you). I just tell them, "skip the story, and just tell me how much you want".

Great story.

This auction is rapidly becoming famous all over the world; this afternoon someone placed the link to it on our Dutch Gun Forum.
Nice.

Esteemed Mr Smith, he said Skived, that is cut on an angle. No one in East Anglia would ever say "skivvies"

In English as spoken here in the U.S.A. "Skivvies" are Navy underwear. Specifically... Boxer Shorts.
