Default Century Arms

OK guys I am really PO'd at them .... they refuse to send a C&R to me because I live in Massachusetts. There is no reason not to send me a C&R gun .... you guys know I buy C&R guns all the time from dealers everywhere. This is the first time a dealer has refused to send a gun to me for no reason at all. I am boycotting all Century Arms guns with their billboard markings .....

If they really have something you want, see if you can find a C&R in a neighboring state that they will deal with who can make the transaction for you... this is not a strawman purchase, because all C&R's who handle the item will have to record the transaction in their books. Once they have it you can face-2-face the transfer to you.

John,

I refuse to deal with them over a common 1895 Nagant revolver. I just don't like the fact that they jerked me around. I asked the woman on the phone if they would ship to Massachusetts and she said no problem and asked that I send my ink copy of the 03 to them in the mail, which I did.

Then I get a phone call that they received my fll and needed me to send a FAX with a copy of my Massachusetts gun permit, which I did.

Then I was sent this via email.

"I just checked with customer service and also in our system and we do not sell any handguns to C&R license holders, we only can sell handguns to Dealers."

Just tell me you won't ship to begin with!

I wasted two hours on this crap and they lied in the email, the website clearly says they ship to 03 ffl's.

There is no state law in Massachusetts that precludes someone sending me a C&R gun since I have a valid C&R ffl.

Mark
