Default P-08 Dwm 1920 Question

I am looking for any information about my gun that anyone can offer, it is a 9mm parabellum and these pics will show you the msrkings something has been ground off of the slide you can see where in pic.

What limited views were provided, you appear to have a Weimar military luger with the "dove" proofs ground off the right side of the receiver. Would be nice to see if there are any markings on the front grip strap and what the magazine bottom looks like.

bsweeney, any specific info are you looking for and maybe we can pin it down. Looks like what doc said, plus a bit 'worn' and used.

Although harder to do, please post pictures here on the forum, instead of a hosting site.

I believe that the "V" that preceeds the serial number on the left side of the upper receiver is actually the top half of the "X" mark normally associated with a Russian captured Luger... Just my $0.02
