Default Artillery snail drums

What is the law on 32 round snail drums in Calif,
Are they legal?

Hello Kit
Any gun magazine of more then 10 rounds can not be bought,sold,transfered or even lent in the State of California.They can not be imported or transported into the state.Except by law enforcement.
However,if you have lived in the State since 01/01/2000 and have owned high capacity magazines before then, it is OK to possess them.
I have talked to dealers here in CA who had purchased original artillery lugers with the original snail drum and had to sell the magazines out of state.Blah!
