Browning Hi-Power
Or Model 640 (b) as the GP 35 was called during German occupation. Thinking of trading for one but I have no idea of their value and this is an internet deal. (uh-oh) I've seen one photo, the pistol has little finish left, fixed sights and no stock lug making it a late production I'd think. Shooter grade, I know, but what would be a rough value to use for trade purposes? The few I've found for sale on a Google search had a high retention of finish and were earlier models with adj sights and lug. I'd appreciate any advice on value........

I would ballpark along the same lines as a Luger in similar condition. Nazi Hi Powers are scarser than Lugers and one that matches, although low on original finish is still worth $700 or more so in this market.

Considering the condition, I would think it it is worth less than that.
I have a couple that I was tring to sell at trying to sell at Tulsa. With a lot better finiish. I was asking $1150 for the better of the two and had no inquiries.

Some decent ones have sold recently in the $800 range so I'm thinking with no finish around $500
