Default Need help with a unit mark

I was contacted today with an opportunity to purchase a relatively nice 1910 DWM with this strap marking. I am curious of what the T.L means.

Thanks for your help
Wayne

Train-Battaillon 13, Lazarett 12, Waffe Nr. 10. It's a rare mark.
Regards, Norm

Any input on the rarity of the mark and its effect on value?

Jeff Noll has two listed in his book. Interesting both are 1910 DWM's to the same Regiment as yours. 13.T.L.4.2 and 13.T.L.9.11.
