Default New to me 1923 Commercial Luger

Here is a picture of my purchase today. A 30 Luger that is in good condition.

Welcome to the forum, and the "addiction" known as Luger ownership. One luger so many times turns into 2-3-4 etc.

Thank you for the welcomes. A little more about the pistol. I now see from reading the forum, I think I should be calling it a 20DWM. The serial number is 852XX. It has a "Germany" stamp on the front of the frame. c over upright N.

Am I correct in understanding the pistol was made probably in the early 1920s?

1920 or very early 1921. Could you please eport the full serial number?
