Default "Type 2"

I was on Ralph's list and was looking at Nazi Era Lugers and did not know what "Type 2" or T2" meant? Any help? Thanks

I believe Ralph means the Second Variation. For instance, 1937 Lugers had 2 major variations. The first contained strawed small parts and rust blue and the second had all parts blue. The blue type as also changed from rust blue to hot dip blue.
