Question Holster 1915 markings help.

Going through my inventory and came across this holster.
1915 sattlerinnung Eisleben with Roman numeral Mark IV stamped on inside and the letters S.P.I.1.80. On the back of holster. This holster started out as a down strap and sometime converted to a police holster (up strap) as noted by the stitching holes . Any info on these markings would be greatly appreciated . I take it the manufacture is Sattlerinnung and town is Eisleben but what about the other letters and Roman numeral ?
Thanks fellas

Police unit/property markings with the weapon designated as #80.

More on which location after I grab my book or someone else answers.

In History Writ in Steel by member Don Maus, p-149:
your markings of "S.P.I.1.80." correspond to the Schupo of Potsdam which consisted of two garrisons.
The I(roman 1) would be the first in Potsdam, the II was Prenzlau and disbanded by 1926.
The 1.80. is a further sub-division and weapon # 80.

Hope this helps, and thanks again to Don M. for his great book.
The info may also be found in "Police Lugers" by Tinker and Gruber.
