Why? Repeating old posts does not contribute to the information data base.

Ron I'm Not repeating an "old Post" What about our new members who will replace us both!! You are missing my main reason. I don't have to post!! I can keep it under my bed!! I haven't posted Georges' hours of research and time consuming written detailed reports for many years if I ever did. His perfect pictures taken on back portch pictures that George took for me when I first bought it many years ago! They are not mine, They were his! Mine have never looked so good! We all owe George a big hug for all his help and sharing his life dedicated to Imperial Lugers. Georges' actual written luger history while sharing with all generations to come is never a waste of time!! Lugers prove what we don't know while paying respect for this very beauty and on going search truth. My hours of work are for us! I thank all my critics for trying to keep me in line! Its' often better to repeat than delete!! When we pass so does our knowledge!! That why books are written and multible copies to assure protection of their own opinions and perceived truth!! Too many guard their own years of knowledge for fear like here they will be chastised! We owe it to luger lovers in the days to come to share and more than once!!! We may not always be correct but we have the self confidence to pass own our own vision of truth! Datig and Jones understood its' importance each approaching lugers in their own way! This is my way to share my lugers and and their lives from our luger mentors!!! Their writings are equally relevant today! I'm sharing my lugers and written history for all who care to read! Thank to George Anderson so many can get a close up look at genuine Early German engineering of which I never become tired! I hope your vivid posts responses don't scare other from sharing their questions or opinions no matter how many times a luger inquiry or response in our over ten thousand posts! How many search the archives or with newbies even know they exist! Let them mearly ask a question without fear or displaying their favorite luger without reproach~Yes they read your reponces to a decade member who only wants to contribute what ans were I read! Please add to a discussion instead of missing the point! We deserve your opinions on the subject and only correct it where you feel wrong or can add, not that it exists in the first place! Age is our enemy! We lose some of our luger past and historicans almost yearly~Pleas correction instead of critisism! You founders our teachers and of all George Anderson, Ron Wood and a few others are my Heros. There will evolve and become others that will never replace and as best write in their former shadows! Much like Pete on our sister forum we are still writing luger history daily! For the luger newbies ask questions on our forum. Take pictures of your luger and we will help you post it! I've been here since 2005 with over ten thousand posts and every day I'm excited to be an honor and a luger lovers! Part of that love love is contributing! Eric
