Default Green stuff

Hi all,

I looked at some of my modern holsters last night, and found Verdergris?, (" the green stuff "). How do I safely remove it?

Some folks on this forum use a soft toothbrush to remove it. That won't damage anything.

BogeyB,

Wood toothpicks to get the bulk of verdigris out from around seams, studs, rivets, etc., then clean the rest off with a soft toothbrush and an old dry T-shirt for final cleaning. Shouldn't cause any residual marks at all.

and an old dry T-shirt for final cleaning. Yes! Good advice..I use an old terry cloth towel rag. The little "fingers" on the cloth help to remove any crumbs or hard to reach pieces left.
