Test Luger, flaming bomb?
Just received a Test Luger that I bought last week. On the magazine bottom there is a (what looks like) flaming bomb stamp. very small Is this common with other Test Luger magazines?

Should have added these photos to first post. When cleaning the firing pin had what looked like tar on it. The firing pin spring was stuck to the retainer and had to soak in hoppys #9 to release.

You bought a beauty! The mark of a "flaming bomb" on the magazine is just a DWM inspector's mark and has nothing to do with U.S. Ordnance, but folks like to have such a magazine for their Test
AE Lugers. It is a neat accessory and is just as appropriate for the gun as an unmarked plain bottom magazine. Ron
