The K Date has the asterisk stamp seen here. The Banner doesnt seem to have anything else other than the sear safety is missing?

It's possible to find almost anything in Yemen, or was before the wheels fell completely off. Especially in the old central government warehouses down in Aden where they stored the seized arms. That said, I suspect most of the Lugers in Yemen came into the country as military aid from the DDR, back in the day of the Yemen civil war (roughly 1967 – 1990).
