Makes me wonder if I need to do the same thing after a lapse of 30 years. I can probably get by with just a C&R but I will have to give that some thought. Best of Luck!

For the benefit of this Canadian, I would appreciate some background on the FFL, what it provides and why it is needed. I'm not knowledgeable on U.S. laws, etc. As an example, if I was to come down to the states with a P.08 for sale, I would be required by Canadian law to have a "Transport" and "Export" permit. Upon entering the states, if I wished to sell, can I only deal with licensed Dealers(FFL) or can I sell directly to a citizen?
If I can sell to a citizen, or a Dealer, what documentation is required for both situations. Now that should keep you typing for awhile Thanks in advance. |
