S/42 Mauser for sale

I found this item. What is interesting is that it is listed as a "Lugar". That means the seller will not get as many responses as if he spelled it correctly. I have no connection and know nothing about it.

I tried to send the guy an email and got "this item no longer available"

I think the dealer is here in MA, I'll call the store to find out.
