Post If you can buy

under or around a K then get it.

Lugers, original, are worth it.

John St.

ps. I have a WWII Luger.
It is absolutely the most accurate and reliable handgun that I have ever owned.
I listed the most accurate but the "forum" regulator decided to put my input into another forum.

John St,

The only reason that your post would be moved is if the subject of your post put it in a different category than the forum you posted it in...

When a post is moved for this or any other reason, the message normally remains where you posted it, and a new copy is put where your post actually belonged... the original posting is then closed for additional input.

This posting of yours, for instance, concerns K-Date Lugers, which are primarily Military in origin so it should belong in the P-08 Military Luger forum... but in this case, I will leave it here so you will find the explanation.

If you have any questions regarding the operation and use of the Lugerforum, please send them to me via Private Message or via email to [email protected]

John St,
Completely agree; K-Dates have a particular cachet with all those cool scriptic S stamps and when you are fortunate enough to have one with the droop eagle M on the side flat and a big O property number, well you really enjoy it. :-) When it has a matching mag and holster, both serial numbered, it is easy to overlook that it has the wrong kind of tool.

It seems to me the post isn't about K-date Lugers. What it says is if a Luger is under or around $1000 (K) buy it.

<img border="0" alt="[ouch]" title="" src="graemlins/c.gif" /> after re-reading the opening post I agree with Ron... the "K" stands for $1000 dollars...

It is pretty amazing how the written word can be so misunderstood...

But, John St, the rest of my information is still valid about the moving of posts...
