Help: Questions about shoulder stocks
I am confused about the legality of shoulder stocks. I was under the assumption that shoulder stocks were illegal unless they were an original stock used on an original gun made before a certain date. I recently read another post which seemed to indicate that you could apply to the ATF to be exempt from this rule and use a repo shoulder stock on an original weapon.
Am I confused or is this possible? Any help would be appreciated. |

See the General Information selection on left margin; go there for ATF letter on stocks.

If the information you read in the General Infomatiom section of the website does not answer your questions regarding shoulder stocks... please post your questions here and I will do the best I can to answer them.
